Not Your Average Chapter...
Dear Parents,
 We're glad you're
interested in your son's fraternity experience here at Phi Delta Theta.
This chapter offers its members many unique opportunities and a college
experience truly unparalleled by any other organization--Greek or otherwise.
As an active member of Phi Delta Theta, your son will get to know hundreds of people
from throughout Mississippi and various other states. He will be given unique leadership
opportunities both inside the chapter and on campus. He will understand
the value of strong academic performance and will be surrounded by people driven
to similar success. Here he will forge lifelong friendships, hone
his social skills, and develop valuable networks for his future career.
As a Phi Delt, your son will leave Mississippi State a better man, with
bonds of friendship that will last a lifetime. He will truly enjoy his
college experience.
Admittedly, this is a tall order for a college fraternity; but, then again, we're
not your average chapter:

Our members take an active role in their campus and
community. We continually have strong representation in the most
prestigious campus organizations and complete more than 1,500 hours of
community service every year for Mississippi charities. |

Phi Delts are consistently appointed to campus-wide
committees and to work with university administrators for a common goal. |

We have a serious commitment to philanthropy projects and
host an annual charity event that raises over $10,000 a year. |

Our members understand the importance of a solid education
and a strong work ethic. This commitment is evident in the lives of
our alumni, most of whom have achieved professional success far in excess of
their peers. A large number of Phi Delta Theta graduates have obtained
graduate degrees in business, engineering, law, and other fields. Many
have developed successful professional practices as lawyers, doctors,
veterinarians, CPAs, architects, financial analysts, lobbyists, and
consultants. Still others have become highly successful entrepreneurs,
sales executives, research scientists, software designers, teachers, and
clergymen. |

Many of our alumni stay in touch with each other throughout
their adult lives, getting to know each other's wives and children,
vacationing together, and often sharing season tickets for MSU athletic
events. |
