Welcome to the Phi Delta Theta Parents Association, the best way for parents to
stay connected. As a parent, we want to provide the best education possible for
our son and his involvement and yours will help ensure he grows and matures
properly as he attains his education and formulates career plans.
We invite parents to become involved in the Parents Association because we
believe that parent involvement is crucial to the success of our young men at
Mississippi State and Phi Delta Theta fraternity. Our aim is to provide a method
where you can be involved in your son's future and the Parents Association lets
you be involved as much or as little as you would like.
The Association invites you to campus events and provides a Parent Directory
displaying the names, addresses, and pictures of all the boys in the fraternity
as well as pertinent information on the parents to all dues paying members.
This is an excellent way to put a name with a face when your son is talking
about the other guys with whom he spends time.
Your son works hard to ensure his fraternity is the best. Together, he and his
brothers put in over 500 hours of community service each semester, they raise
thousands of dollars for charity, and they participate in countless educational
programs.
His hard work and effort cannot go far without your support as a parent. We
have created the Phi Delta Theta Parents Association to enable parents to be
active in their son’s fraternity. It gives parents the opportunity to
lend the Helping Hand.
Members of the Parent’s Association donate their time, experience, money,
advice, and effort to help the fraternity be successful. Although becoming a
dues paying member of the Association is optional, we hope your involvement will
not be. Please contact George Norfleet, Treasurer at to pay your dues ($50/semester) or for questions.
There is no reason not to join.
Fraternally yours,
Bob Brinton
Parent Association President
